INSIDIOUS ASSHOLES

This month my debit order did not get honored because I'm in the process of changing banks. The following reasons are to be considered to not join Cipherwave Home-connect. : 1) No communication. 2) Your line will be cut with no warning and absolutely no consideration at the most inconvenient time. 3) No other methods to pay but debit order. 4) Very quick to generate all sorts of invoices for extra costs and fantastic quick communication via email and sms regarding this. Absolutely no savvy otherwise. Payment was made on the 20th for this month and next month and email was sent with proof to accounts. Maybe the staff is in Christmas spirit and didn't read emails or checked/ balanced the bank account wich wouldve reflected immediately at round about 9:31 as its from fnb to fnb. THANK YOU CIPHERWAVE HOME-CONNECT FOR MAKING MY JOLLY OLD CHRISTMAS EVE SUCH A PHENOMENAL PLEASURE. take this as notice for closing my account as soon as the money runs out.
