From great to industry leading!!!!!!

After being sent from pillar to post by another service provider(Cool Ideas). Only to come to the realization that the computer system they were using was not updated with the latest installation records i.e infrastructure providers thus wasting my time.

After sharing my frustration and disappointment with one of my neighbors (An active Home Connect/Cipher Wave client). My neighbour gloated about the outstanding service he received from Home Connect/Cipher Wave!!! As you could imagine, He had an active fibre line and I did not! This only added to my frustrations with Cool Ideas. He insisted that I go online and order a package from Home Connect/Cipher Wave and once registered I should speak to an extremely efficient lady by the name of Sheruna Gafoor at Home Connect/Cipher Wave who managed to get him connected within 3 days.

The next day at work I followed his instructions, ordered online and called Sheruna Gafoor, being a head of academy and training customer service for over 12 years for a multinational company(Number 2 brand in the world) I was instantly captivated by the exceptional customer service and professionalism I received from her!!! Cool Ideas will take many years to achieve the level of competency that Home Connect/Cipher Wave has. She immediately understood, what took me close on a week to explain to 3 different staff members at Cool Ideas.

She immediately logged a ticked for installation with the CORRECT infrastructure provider. Within a few days my line was installed and I had my router(Very nice router. Not the low quality one I received from Cool Ideas ). I followed the simple instructions and was connected withing 2 minutes.

Sheruna Gafoor you are a true asset to your organisation. Your qualities are rare to find. Kudos to you!!!!

To Home Connect/Cipher Wave everything was exactly as advertised. I ordered a 25/25mb line and have never measured less than 24/24mb. Well done to your entire team.
