Disgusted with this lack of service

Not Even worth a fraction of a star. I have been trying to get through to someone in the accounts department for over a week now as there is an irregularity on my bill. But every time i actually get through to someone answering the phone i get a different excuse. "They are not there" / "They are out on lunch" / They are on Training" .... When i asked to a senior person i was told that they are not there either. Neither is any kind of manager or the C.E.O. How does this company's doors stay open if there is nobody running this circus? Absolutely disgusting lack of service!
