Wrongfully billed for somebody elses transactions

On the 22nd of March we sent an application to register a Co-operative under our cost code, one of the Co-op's got registered successfully after a week. Then on the 10th of March we received an e-mail from Theodorah who is the CIPC consultant that sent us this, with attachments of a Co-op we know nothing of; BASADI 18 PRIMARY CO-OPERATIVE LIMITED registration number: 2016 / 002135 / 24). We then checked our transaction history and found that we were billed for this registration we know nothing of.<br> I have been sending e-mails to enquire about this but there is no response, we are a non profit organization funded by the government to support small businesses; we have rules and regulations we have to follow, this transaction has not been reported as our intervention and our funders will loose faith in us if there are transactions happening that are not accounted for.
