Wrong Capturing

registered a company on the 30th of November and I send the relevant documents on the 01st December and when the papers came back it had two more Directors which I didn't add and have no idea of. The company i have registered it only had one Director. Someone who was capturing everything made a mistakes by adding this other two directors. If u look at ck documents it says they where added on 05th November. And their responses is that "lease note that it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that before he/she submits the application for registration, he/she must double check the correctness of the details (read the terms and condition attached). Please fix the error by completing : COR39 for Directors process (which is free) in order to avoid any further delays." And the other two people they are not welling to help me as they have no idea of all this. I am really not happy and when I try to call no one picks up the phone.
