Worst government department of all time!!!

<p>I sent in all the required documents for a name change and waited for the TAT to lapse and for the 3-tier TAT to lapse and still have not had any confirmation of the name change. I escalated to the so-called ombudsman, still no response. They have systems in place for enquiries and escalation but none of them work.</p>
