Why is the simple of things so hard with Cipc?
<p>you can open 20 tickets and they still will not help. I run a rescue and tried to register it for the last 4 months with no hel pfrom Cipc. they take your money and that is all that happens. i need to register SCAR animal rescue as we need funds to help animals and here you are just taking our funds and not getting back to us. Wake up!!</p>
