Vodacom is highly *********, grossly violates my Constitutional Human Rights, grossly violates my Dignity, they are highly unprofessional.

This is a follow-up complaint I submitted regarding Vodacom; I have just called them now to establish the devils who deducted my monies *******ly from the bank. Firstly, my call was received by a lady, after I explained my predicament, she said she was transferring me to another department and my call was dropped off. I had to redial, this time a gentleman, picked up my call and I expressed my unsatisfactorily feelings regarding their service of neglect. Then he transferred me to another department, where some lady informed me that someone had opened an account with my name, hence the ******** deduction from my bank account. It is appalling that they can just allow someone to open an account without them verifying with me first, to ascertain if I am indeed the person opening the account. And now I am the one who is supposed to go to the police station to make an affidavit, get the bank statement, and all those procedures they were supposed to do in the first place. One can bet that Vodacom is in cahoots with these nefarious demons. Why is it that I, a victim of this heinous crime, have to undergo these gruesome procedures? I want the world to know that this service provider behaves like they are novices, they act naive as if they don't know what's going on right under their noses, they have been Telecommunication Industry for so long, I mean they don't do verification? Imagine how many people get ****med by these ****bags! Right now, they can't even commit that they will do their due diligence. I am sitting with so many unanswered questions, will these devils continue deducting. When I asked this lady who her name and surname is she told me blatantly that they are not allowed to tell, what buffoonery is this, if you know who you are, and what your institution stands for, you will be proud to render a quality service and not be ashamed to say who you are.....
