Useless Company! Useless Leadership

Rory Voller is useless because his company and systems are useless. I've been waiting 6 months to assign/transfer a trademark, and to date, I have only been given the runaround. All that I require is confirmation of receipt of my documents. The ones that I send via registered mail. They also refuse to provide me with the contact details of the ombudsman!
