Urgent Request for Assistance: Submission Issues and System Failures Impacting Annual Returns 2025

I have faced multiple issues submitting my company’s 2025 Annual Returns through the CIPC system. Despite my attempts to comply on time, the system didn’t allow me to complete the submission. After the deadline, I was able to update my profile, but it incorrectly listed me as a director of a non-operational company.

I submitted the required Beneficial Ownership confirmation but received no acknowledgment. Now, when I try to submit, the system falsely indicates missing information and repeatedly logs me out.

I’ve sent three emails and called the help desk, but I’ve received no response, and the automated system doesn’t connect me to an operator. As a result, my business is now labeled as non-compliant. I request urgent assistance in resolving this issue.
