Unhelpful

I requested to withdraw or refund my money i sent to Cipc e-Services as i sent more and the balance is still there since 2024 December, It is now february im still trying to withdraw my money from my cipc account. I have sent an email and also certified documents and send required documents but still no money or any communication from cipc
