trying to renew my patent since end of Feb 2016

I have been sending repeated emails to enable me to find out the tariff of my renewing of <br> my patent since the end of February 2016. I have sent frequent emails - had problems<br> to login and to complete the requirements and the persons helping me do not seem to know what <br> is going on. This should be as simple as buying airtime for a mobile phone.<br> But NO emails emails and emails. <br> Please respond and help to get this sorted out. <br>
