Trademark follow up-acceptance status

Good day,

I'm doing a follow up for a trademark application, the time frame that was mentioned for approval I think we have meet it, we want to check the approval status.

Here are our application details -Application No 2023/30897 -User Reference ABCWXA-23

It's been almost a year 😔 or more than a year the case is always in progress with no positive feedback
