<p>initially when i registered my company there was a honest typo that took place in terms of the address, Now 5 days ago we then asked to change the address of which they sent me a form to sign and send back to them, why would it take 5 days just to change a address now I can not do anything because i need the correct address that matches with my documents to do certain things mxm what must happen now? when you send them an email telling you of 10 working days what bull is that ? </p>

Address changes for companies are done online and it takes 5 working days from the date of capture according to the companies act. Am not sure which forms did you sign as there are no forms for address changes.

Like I said I totally understand my question is now just because the company act says 5 working days it means on the 5th day the address must be changed? Do you guys have to wait for the 5th day? How is that being proactive ? Today it's the 5th since I had lodged my query it's almost end of the day and nothing has been done, my address is still not changed
the document I signed is a COR39: directors amendments
must we always be complaining on hello Peter before things get done
