Third time submission of same director amendments
I have now in a month period submitted the same two director amendments for the same two companies three times. The first time it was noted that the resolution in re one of the amendments did not specify the name of the secretary and resolution in relation to the other was not attached.

Ironically (1) no name is required of the company secretary for a resolution to be valid (something which one would hope the CiPC should know) and (2) the resolution was in fact attached in relation to the second company.

I have however secificied the name of the secretary on the resolution and resubmitted the process on 19 March 2015.... no response. I did it again on 25 March 2015 still no response.

I do get the feeling that CiPC staff merely attempts to shunt responsibility for work by trying to find loopholes in the form of arbitrary alleged errors in documentation submission.
