seems no one is working there

I submited my annual returns so that my cc can still be 100%. I go onto their website and it indicates that my cc has been deregistered. I have been trying to call the call centre since beginnnig of 2015, but, naturally as with everythig that is government run, no one aswers the calls and no one wants to take responsibility to have a query resolved. Waht is one suppossed to do? This morning I have been on the line for more than 137minuntes. do they care? I think not.....
