Screaming staff not good

My colleague went to the CIPC centre in Sunnypark Shopping Centre in Pretoria to find out how to hand in documents. It was her first time. <br> As she was not sure in which of the three ques to stand she asked the security for help. The security person called Thomas Phiri for assistance whereupon Mr Phiri screamed for all to hear at my colleague he doesn't want to hear her stories, is tired of these people not knowing what they should do, will not receive any more documents, she must submit it electronically and flat out refuses to help her or give her directions. <br> He further screamed that she should \zemaya"and \""voetsek\"".<br> Very unprofessional."""
