Rude Agent At CIPC

Today I have been navigating the CIPC website, which is very user friendly. However, I have been doing something I am not fami**** with and needed to get in touch with their call centre. I was met with a very unhelpful and rude agent called Kagiso Selwane. All she kept telling me was click here and click there. I was looking at templates that I didnt know and when I was asking further questions she got annoyed and impatient.
