Refund

I am very disappointed with CIPC a big corporation with no immediate response, in December I made payment and forgot to put my username as the reference. After I saw my blunder I with immediate effect sent an email for refund with no luck I forwarded to complaints. Till date I have received no response no refund. I need my money transfered back to my account.
