Refund Customer Code T2280

Please be advised that I submitted my refund application on the 12th of August 2015 and the website states this will be processed in 30 working days. This has since lapsed and I have not heard from CIPC refund department. All documentation was submitted as stipulated, follow up emails have been sent however no response has been received from CIPC. Can someone please assist me I've followed due process can someone come to my aid so I can get my refund. <br>
