If it were possible to give no star I'd have done that. I've been fighting with CIPC for more than a year, firstly I had to fight for my patent to be granted, then I had to fight for publication. Now that it's published, I have been fighting to get my patent certificate, so much so that I went to the enquiries website and they told me they had posted it to the address of service. I have been waiting together with my attorney to receive it. When I lodge a query now, it gets closer or ignored. The sad and frustrating part is that I need that certificate to licence my patent. You guys really suck.
