Quick Response Time But Query not responded to adequately

I would like to comment on the query logging system at CIPC. I was unable to upload a document on the "query log in system" and CIPC has no other alternative line of communication. The contact no's on the website do not get answered, there is no general email to email your enquiry, if the system does not work, there is no other way of resolving the query.
