QUERY RESOLUTION SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK

I logged a registration for a Cooperative back on the 14th January, received an email from CIPC advising that it would take 21 days or slightly longer to complete. It is now the 25th of March and still no word. The worst is the so called QUERY RESOLUTION SYSTEM, it does not work, I have tried logging in and even though I am able to log in with my details to my online profile, I am not able to log in to the QUERY RESOLUTION SYSTEM, it says my details are incorrect, that makes no sense!!!<br> <br> Furthermore I have asked other friends in the process of registering companies and their log ins do not work either, so what is the deal CIPC, telling people about a system that does not function, not to mention the customer-care line that never answers its phone, even when people are holding for an hour.<br> <br> Please sort yourselves out, it's no wonder the country is struggling with job creation, the people responsible don't care.
