Poor service in series

It's the second incident in less than a year, we're CIPC fails to credit my account. They are giving me hell even though I have sent them proof of payment. The first incident was around last year may and the second incident was last week Thursday the 4th March 2021. I tried to call their call center number and it took me to voice mail several times
