Poor service delivery on simple name change application

<p>I had app**** for a company name on the cipc.co.za. I was able to register a company and get a name approval which I app**** for. upon numerous enquiries to find out why I was given a number instead of the name change, I was told to send a Cor15.2 to ********** This was sent on the Fri, Aug 5, 2016 at 4:43 PM. On the Thu, Sep 15, 2016 at 4:04 PM, I further enquired on the status. To date, I have not received a single reply.</p>
