Poor service

I am really dissapointed in CIPC eservices and the whole department, i am assisting a friend with her company registration and to date we never received any feedback, my friend made a mistake with paying the R 175 at first to your account details by using her name as a reference and then she made a another payment which was successful, the name reservation was approved but the company registration is tidious she is even thinking of giving up, Please contact her via ***, tracking number-***
