Poor service at CIPC

The service at CIPC is very poor and the fact that there is no response to the complaints posted about them on this platform just shows that they don't even care.

I have been using the online service to print out the my company documents, all of a sudden I am told that I cannot get the documents because my company was manually registered, then I follow the process to request for my updated CoR 14.3 and then I receive a message saying provide more details, I respond to ask what more information do you need they never responded. I am surprised at how do you expect me to know what you more information you want because I provided my company registration number which shows the amended information on the company 's online profile as I have been doing everything online before they started with this nonsense about manually registered companies not being able to transact online.
