Poor service and processes

I registered my company online and it was done within 12hrs which was great, however their system don't take symbols and due to that my company name was spelled incorrect.

I lodge a call online and it was not resolved, I then called the call centre and I was advise to do a manual submission for them to rectify the name and I did but it was not done. I called again now and I was told of the new process that I need to follow that was going to cost me R250.

I being charged for system rules which are not explained before you capture proposed names and or errors done by system or individual before approving the name.

I'm told to follow that process OR MY COMPANY NAME WILL REMIND WITH INCORRECT SPELLING........
