Poor Service
<p>On 5 October 2016 I transferred monies to CIPC to register a company. To date the money is not reflecting in the account. On 20 October 2016 I called CIPC and was advised that the lady is on maternity leave and they have nobody to allocate funds to clients accounts. From 25th October to date I have sending emails to ********** and tinswalo mawila and have had not response. I called again today and was requested to forward the email again to rmahwasane. This is pathetic, surely there should be someone to carry out duties of an employee who is on maternity leave. In the meantime I cannot register the company.</p>

05 Dec 2016, 19:50To date no response from CIPC. Called ********** and was advised to resend the email with proof of payment and ID. No reply to the email or response. They still have credited the account.... How more pathetic can this Government Department be.

26 Jan 2017, 12:47NO. To date the money is still not reflecting on CIPC site. If I call the numbers I constantly beign requested to send an email with proof of payment and certified ID. Which I have done 4 times already.

Proof of payment you are sending does not have banks logo and it does not look original. Could you please attach another one.
