Poor customer service

My partner and I app**** for company registration online. Its been 15 days since submission and online it still says waiting for documents. We tried to lodge an enquiry online as suggested by the confirmation email on document submission but it will not log us in. My business partner waited for hours in the Queue to seek help only to be told u started your application online if you want manual submission you pay. <br> We have no idea who to ask for help since online won't work and customer centre never gets answered. Its frustrating for a service that should have been delivered to take so long and no one is there to help!
