Please intervene to deregister non operational NPO

I'm having a problem with the CIPC,I registered an NPO through them. Now we cannot afford annual returns since we failed to operate the NPO. I asked them to deregister the NPO and cancel annual returns as well since my directors refuse with documents. Kim Kate agreed to assist but she was harassing me about the online trading. I have the proof of the conversation she invited me to trading and said she can assist me once I join. Can they deregister the NPO like I said. CIPC have bad service.🥲💔
