Pathetic service from CIPC customer support,

I have been trying to call them its either they don't answer the call or they do and when you ask them a question they put you on hold for 20 minutes, I suppose so you can get tired and hand up, Their online query logging system requires a file that's less than 8mb, and you cannot attach a zip file, a blank doc is more than 8mb,
