PATHETIC NON EXISTANCE OF SERVICE

We have been attempting to bring about changes to the membership of a long established Close Corporation since June 2017. June 2017 Tracking number ********** 43 for amendment of member details for ABBANIS SERVICES CC with enterprise number B ********** 907 28 September 2017 We have send the exact email to CIPC on the 19 June 2017. The tracking number was ********** 43. No changes were made. We have again logged in and brought about the changes. 31 October 2017 Please find attached our submission as per your latest email with tracking number ********** 66 for amendment of member details for ABBANIS SERVICES CC with enterprise number B ********** 907 We have not had any feedback and none of the changes have been brought about. The following numbers were issued after we made 4 submissions since June 2017 till now for enterprise number B ********** 907 Tracking number ********** 66; Tracking number ********** 43; Tracking number ********** 97. Hope they get it right now after 7 months of repeated efforts form our side. Please also tell me why not one single person answers their telephone. Does anybody work at CIPC?

I have now 7 months later been told that the rules have changed. Some Advocate wrote a notice stating that the Commissioner of Oaths must append a SIGNATURE, print out NAME & SURNAME in full, DESIGNATION, CONTACT NUMBER and DATE for it to be valid. I took all the documents to a police station initially and had them do it thinking they of all people should know what needs to be done. Now it is wrong again and I must again make copies, have them certified and resubmit all the documentation. Then it is watch and wait for another couple of months. Nobody will phone you and you cannot reach one soul at CIPC via telephone. What an utter waste of time, energy and money. If something happens to me in the interim then my wife will not be a member of my CC and will have no right to any benefits associated with it. FEELING DISGUSTED!!!
