paper always missing...!

I tried to register my company for more than 5 months. And every time my paper is missing. I would like to know how many times must a person submitted documents before they decided to register my company. If you email them you get no response. Don't even think of calling them they never answer the phone they never answering there phone's and yet they want to charge you for every detail thing that you do on there website. And it cost me plenty money for nothing. So my question is why do we need to register a company if they are not doing there job. I am so tired of them that I am giving up on them. Every time I submitted documents and they get missing. I think this is one of there ponzi schemes to make money out of people. I really would like to know how many people are having the same problem with this useless cipro
