PAID FOR DOCUMENTS THAT WAS NEVER RECEIVED -

<p>I requested and paid for a copy of our company documents on the 18th of May On the 7th of June I logged a query through the query management system to follow up as I have not yet received this. On the 9th of June I got a reply back with the status of the query being "solved" and their response was "please wait for the post". I then waited and again phoned CIPC on the 22nd of July. A lady by the name of Grace Masuku said I must forward the query to her. Again I waited... On the 29th I phoned again and spoke to the same lady who then forwarded my mail to another person by the name of Molebogeng Mosuwe. I am still waiting. CIPC took my money is not delivering what is requested - this is seen as theft.</p>
