Outstanding director change (3 weeks already)
I have been waiting for 3 weeks now to hear back or have any feedback on a director change and still nothing. I have tried on several occassions to speak to a consultant and I keep getting the same response, "I will just have to check again in a few days"
Nobody seems up to it to help me understand why my change is taking so long to make.

We are having a backlog, they are currently working on the documents received on the 12-13 September, could you please send me the racking number of your application to also double check if the document is already queued on the system.
