NPO deregistration

I needed assistance with NPO deregistration which is no longer in operation, a lady who works there as Kim Kate agreed to assist only she was doing is harassing me with trading she was actually forcing me to join it before she can assist and also she asked for deregistration fee upfront of which I asked her to screenshot those information in website but she didn't. Can you deregister NPO please Directors refused with documents .
