NOT LISTING PAYMENTS MADE

I have made a payment for our annual return in FEBRUARY this year. (2017) It still is not reflecting. I have sent proof of payment more than once, pleaded. I also made other payments for other services/transactions I require also not reflecting. Never have I seen such poor service, yet demanding we submit our annual returns.
