NON EXISTING SERVICE

I have lost my company docs and therefore wanting a copy...I have being trying the whole week to get hold of someone at the call centre but no one answers ? I have logged a ticket ( 51880 )on their website on the 01 May but no response ? It cant be that difficult to get your service levels to normal ?
