Non-existent customer service

I am trying to change my company number to a company name but to no avail for a month now even after I have paid for the name change which was cleared. Whenever I put the reference number I get the message: ERROR: The number you entered is not a valid name change tracking number. The number I am given to call for assistance goes directly to voicemail.
