No service at CIPC

What is supposed to be a 2day process is taking 8 days and is still not even past the first phase of Name reservation I logged my name reservation and company registration request on the 3rd of Oct 2019 and it is the 15th today and not even the Name reservation part is completed yet. I logged a query asking when will it be completed all feedback I got was that there is a backlog, what utterly useless system.
