NO RESPONSE, NO ANSWER, NOTHING

We tried to register our company in September 2014. Since then we have requested our documents and got nothing back. When we Finally received the documents, everything was incorrect. We were registered under the wrong name and My husbands Details were all Incorrect. I Sat with the call center for an Hour today and got no response. Eddie, who is handling the registration has asked for feedback on numerous occasions with no response. IS THE CIPC REALLY THIS USELESS!!!
