No response at all from anybody
<p>On the 23rd May i started the process to register a company. I paid the amount that was required on the day as well. When trying to register i got stuck on the name registration and have been trying ever since to figure out what to do next. I have tried the call centre everyday and everyday i hold for approximately 20 minutes and eventually hang up. I have emailed customer feedback and have no rep**** and have even done the "ticket query" response.</p> <p>Can somebody please help me because it seems no matter what i do i am unable to speak to anybody or even get a response via email from anybody.</p>
I downloaded chrome and app**** via that browser but when i log in again and try to do the name register i get a reply saying the name is already lodged and it gives me a tracking number. If i restart the process from the beginning would it still allow me to use the name?

i was very impressed with the quick response i received yesterday but then all of a sudden all communication has stopped. I am not sure if the person reading this is the same person that asked for my tracking number yesterday which i sent but can somebody please give some form of feedback with regards to my query. Like i said i have had problems trying to communicate already.

Once again i am stuck and cannot wait for nearly half an hour on the call centre number. I have managed to register the name and received confirmation (res. no. ********** 51) but have no idea how to continue with the registration process.

So are you telling me i have to go and fill in all that information again and what happens when i get to the name registration?

once again i have a query. I went through the whole procedure again and eventually got the form to fill out which i did and emailed it to ********** along with the certified copies. That was done on the 27th June and have not had any reply as yet. When i checked this morning on eServices Transactions it says no documentation received. are you able to tell me why it is showing that message as i have done everything the way it was supposed to have been done.
