no-one works at CIPC???

Anyone ever tried registering a company thru CIPC in CT - or on their website? IT IS A NIGHTMARE.<br> Since the beginning of June, i have been calling them daily - hold on for a 30 - 60 minutes and all i get is \we are experiencing high volumes of calls"- and the only time a real voice came online"
