No CK documents from the 4th April 2018

I registered a NPO business on the 4th April 2018, made the payment using my tracking number as a reference. I was promised that within 5 working days I will have documents emailed to me it is now the end of the month and still no documents. I am unable to open a bank account because I don't have registration documents. May you please advise because when phoning I am referred to your website and when trying to log in I am unable to because it says my business is not registered.
