No answer when contacting the call centre

I have a billing query and since yesterday afternoon I have been trying to get through to the CIPC call center. I have tried sending out an email and no response on that either. Makes you wonder if there are really people working there. I wonder why is it that whenever one is dealing with a government company their to experience such bad service. Is it because they don't value us? Or is because the country is currently run by people who just don't care?<br> No wonder people don't even bother with paying taxes it ads no value to their lives but more value to the authorities of this country. I am so upset that even though I pay for a service I don't really get it<br>
