no answer

good day I've registered a company but now i have been waiting for my certificate and don't know what is happening in regards of the application i made, can anyone assist in giving me contacts of whom to speak to and get assistance regarding my certificate please, and i have been trying to get hold of one of the service consultant but the is no one answering i keep holding and until my air time gets finished, all i require now its just the enterprise number to download my certificate.
