New Company Regisration

<p>We did our name reservation on the 17th June - and within the same day received a email confirmation that it had been paid and reserved.</p> <p>On the 23rd however, when we app**** for the company reistration we received an email for directors details which we promptly completed and returned on the same day.</p> <p>Now almost two weeks later the onlne registration states they are still awaiting documents even though i have now emailed them off three seperate times when asked.</p> <p>i tried calling CIPC - 17 minutes later and still no answer - i have emailed their complaints department and still no reply.</p> <p> </p> <p>How does one register a company in this country when it is almost impossible to do so.???</p> <p>as it stands i have now paid an institution for a product i canot receive and the best part is i cannot register with outher istitutions to work until i have registered with CIPC!!</p> <p> </p> <p>so currently no employment - Thanks</p> <p> </p>
