Never answering my calls/Application delayed

Hi<br> <br> I app**** for a company registration April 2014 in Cape Town, paid as well , nothing was ever done. I didn't receive anything other than a conformation letter. When i tried reaching out no outcome came from it - CIPC never got back to me. In Feb 2015 i registered again, and after months of that I got a response in May requesting i sign documents and send back necessary documents. NO progress has been shown SINCE. I have emailed numerous times and even called your call centre but never an answer. Oh yes in March i went to the Nelspruit branch but i couldn't get help there, they told me they do not deal with trademarks/patents. I needed to call Pretoria branch which i did but THERE IS NEVER A RESPONSE VIA CALLS/EMAILS.<br> I am tired of waiting for a registration for 2 years, soon someone will ***** my name and i will be left with complications. All i wanted was to register my business name and a trademark as it is already trading. But waiting a 2 years is not fair! I have exhausted all my options,this is the only place I feel companies respond to.<br> CIPC please advice me as to what I must do next.
