The company is not carrying on business is dormant and has no assets, no liabilities. The company was reported last year for closing to one of the lady namely Andrea. After reporting the closure of my company, she then sends me a WhatsApp saying deregistration is still in process and my annual returns are up to date. All of a sudden the other lady namely Debbie comes in and said Andrea is no longer working for the company. Debbie said I'm owing two years 2020 and 2021. I asked her how much do I owe you, she sends a WhatsApp saying I'm owing R7500 for 2021 only. The year 2021 that's when I send a notice to CIPC to deregister with the required documents. The required documents were sent to Andrea last year after asking for them and the response was the reregistration is still in process. Here comes Debbie saying I must send another documents, when I asked her about the what happened to the documents sent last year to Andrea, she said Andrea is no longer working for the company. I resend the very same documents to Debbie. The deregistration fee was paid and the company still in process. I need your help in this matter. I've got all the WhatsApp message sent by all of them.
